Individual Assessment

Start with a personalized neuromuscular assessment to identify your strengths and areas of improvement.

Personalized Training Plan

Using results from your individual assessment, we build a personalized training plan based on your athletic phenotype.

Group Classes

At our small group classes, you will workout with personal guidance from our coaches, advising you on proper form and giving you real time feedback on your training plan.

Open Gym Access

Get access to our world-class facility outside of group classes, so you can make progress in your training plan without the hassle of a crowded gym. *Optional add-on

Each group training package includes:

Introductory 30 minute one-on-one training strategy session with focused neuromuscular testing, and quarterly re-testing.
50-minute semi-private training sessions with a maximum 8:1 client to coach ratio (select from 2 per week or unlimited sessions).
Custom daily workout programming in SOVRN app.
Open Gym Access (additional fee for twice weekly package).
Access to biomarker testing (see biomarker page for pricing).
