Aubrey Dean

Aubrey Dean is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Applied Health Science from Xavier University. Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, she is also certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Aubrey is a former Division I lacrosse athlete whose passion for performance training was shaped through her experience competing at the highest collegiate level.

Aubrey began developing her coaching foundation at a young age, driven by a deep love for sport and personal development. That passion evolved into formal experience when she earned an internship with the Colorado Buffaloes football strength and conditioning program, gaining hands-on experience within a Division I athletic department. She has also coached at D1 Training Lakewood and currently works with Foothills Pack Lacrosse Club as a lacrosse coach, in addition to independent coaching roles. Aubrey has led strength training for the Fairview High School boys lacrosse team and has worked with athletes of all ages, with the majority of her experience centered around school aged and collegiate athletes.

Aubrey is deeply committed not only to athletic development, but to human and personal growth. She believes the weight room is a powerful environment for building confidence, discipline, accountability, and leadership. Her coaching philosophy centers on long term development physically, mentally, and emotionally, helping individuals of all ages grow into resilient competitors and strong, self assured leaders. She genuinely loves what she does and brings energy, purpose, and intention to every training environment she leads. Her mission is to build not just better athletes, but better people prepared for success both in sport and in life.

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her family and is always looking for an excuse to be active. She loves hiking, running, and skiing, and feels most at home in the mountains exploring new places and embracing an active lifestyle.
