Dr. Rebecca Bub

Dr. Rebecca Bub is a board certified family medicine physician, with a deep passion for helping people optimize their health through proactive, personalized, cutting-edge care. She is the founder of Pure Family Medicine, a direct primary care practice in Littleton, where she reinvented the healthcare experience to focus on providing patients a higher level of care that is not beholden to insurance companies.

An expert in longevity medicine, her approach to wellness blends advanced proactive medical testing with evidence-based strategies for metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, and recovery. Dr. Bub is particularly passionate about integrating medical care with athletic training, recognizing that physical fitness is one of the most powerful tools we have to prevent disease, enhance resilience, and support healthy aging. Her work bridges the gap between traditional medicine and performance science.

Dr. Bub earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Colorado at Rose Medical Center. She holds a degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University and brings over 15 years of experience to SOVRN's True Physical program.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Bub stays active in the Colorado outdoors with her husband and three children. Whether hiking, skiing, or mountain biking, she lives the lifestyle she encourages, prioritizing movement, recovery, and meaningful time in nature as key ingredients for a long, healthy life.
