Nutrition Biomarker Panel

This panel identifies imbalances or deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients critical to recovery, performance, and overall wellness.

Vitamins

  • Vitamin D
Essential for immune strength, bone health, and hormone balance. Deficiency is common and often overlooked.
  • Vitamin B12
Supports energy production, brain function, and nerve health. Low levels can lead to fatigue or poor recovery.
  • Folate
Crucial for cell repair, heart health, and cognitive function, especially in combination with B12.

Minerals and Other Micronutrients

  • Iron
Helps carry oxygen to your muscles and brain. Low iron can cause fatigue and limit endurance.
  • Ferritin
Your body’s iron storage marker. Important for identifying hidden deficiencies even when iron levels appear normal.
  • Phosphorous
Important for bone strength, energy metabolism, and muscle function, especially during high-intensity training.
  • Magnesium
A key mineral for muscle recovery, sleep quality, and nervous system balance, often depleted by stress or training.

Omega Fatty Acids

  • Omega Index
Measures the levels of omega-3 fatty acids in your cell membranes that support heart, brain, and joint health while reducing inflammation.

Hormone Biomarker Panel

Hormones play a critical role in how you feel, perform, recover, and age. This panel helps identify imbalances that may be limiting your energy, strength, mood, metabolism, or overall progress.

  • Testosterone
A key hormone for strength, energy, mood, and muscle maintenance. Low levels can impact performance and vitality in both men and women.
  • Free Testosterone (male only)
Measures the active form of testosterone available for use in the body, often more telling than total testosterone alone.
  • Estrogen (female only)
A key hormone for bone health, mood, metabolism, and reproductive function. Imbalances can affect energy, weight, and overall well-being.
  • Progesterone (female only)
Supports hormone balance, mood regulation, and menstrual health. Low levels can contribute to fatigue, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
  • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
A protein that binds to hormones like testosterone and estrogen. Used to understand how much hormone is actually usable.
  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Signals the body to produce testosterone or estrogen. Can help uncover the root cause of hormonal imbalances.
  • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Plays a role in reproductive function and hormone regulation. Important for understanding overall hormonal health.
  • Cortisol
Your primary stress hormone. When elevated or depleted, it can affect sleep, recovery, body composition, and inflammation.
  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Regulates your thyroid function, which impacts metabolism, energy levels, mood, and weight regulation.
