Why This Program?

Your athlete's season shouldn't be cut short by an injury that could have been prevented. This program goes beyond "getting faster," we systematically prepare their bodies for the forces and repetitive demands their sport will place on them.   • Block 1 – June 8th, 2026 - July 10th, 2026.
  • Block 2 – July 13th, 2026 - August 14th, 2026.

  • Mon - Fri  |  9:00am - 10:00am
  • High School & College
  • Mon - Thurs  |  11:30am - 1:00pm | OR | 4:30pm - 6:00pm
  • Saturday  |  7:00am - 8:30am
