At SOVRN Performance Lab, we partner with teams to deliver high-level training, testing, and injury prevention programs that drive real results. Athletic performance training

Sport-Specific Team Strength & Conditioning

Programs tailored to your team that balance performance gains with injury prevention, adjusting training variables like load, intensity, and recovery to meet your team’s real-world demands.

Athlete Assessments & Profiling

Using force plate and movement analysis, we create a detailed performance profile that includes age-appropriate benchmarks and future targets, and evaluates each athlete’s strengths, limitations, and risk factors. These insights help coaches tailor development with purpose and precision.

Baseline Testing & Recovery Readiness

Baseline concussion testing and neuromuscular evaluations track each athlete’s normal function. These benchmarks provide objective data to guide rehabilitation in the case of an injury, reducing the risk of re-injury and supporting long-term athlete health.

Max Velocity Sprint Training

Top-end sprint training is one of the most powerful tools for improving athletic performance and preventing soft tissue injuries. Team Training Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of athletes participating, with a 10 athlete minimum for team-based training. Teams with fewer than 10 athletes will be directed to our Athlete Group Classes instead.
