
You know your athletes. We help you train them smarter. SOVRN partners with teams to deliver strength and conditioning, performance testing, and injury prevention programs built around your sport, your season, and your goals.
We can come to you or host your team at our facility in Golden. Either way, the approach is the same: assess each athlete individually, build programming that fits your schedule and competitive demands, and give coaches the data they need to make better decisions. Most teams start with an 8-week block to establish baselines and build a foundation.
One thing we prioritize that most programs don't: speed development. True max velocity work is often skipped or undercoached at the team level, but it's one of the most effective tools for both performance and injury prevention. Athletes who train at top-end speeds build more resilient tissue and move more efficiently when it counts. We integrate sprint mechanics and speed work year-round, not as an afterthought, but as a core part of the program.


Pricing is based on the number of athletes participating, with a 10 athlete minimum for team-based training. Teams with fewer than 10 athletes will be directed to our Athlete Group Classes instead.
Each session runs 60-90 minutes and includes warm-up, programmed training, and cooldown. We can train your team at SOVRN or travel to your facility within the Denver metro area (travel fees may apply for locations outside Golden). All athletes get access to our app for tracking workouts and communicating with coaches between sessions.
