Performance Testing Questions

How do I prepare for testing?

We’ll provide specific instructions, but most tests require you to be well-rested and fasted, especially for RMR. VO2 and lactate tests may require light or no exercise the day before.

Do I get a written report?

Yes. You'll receive a detailed summary of your results and guidance on how to apply them to your training or nutrition.

Can I do more than one test in the same session?

Yes. We often bundle VO2 and RMR or VO2 and lactate testing for comprehensive insight. Let us know your goals, and we’ll recommend the right combination.

Is this only for serious athletes?
