Taylor is a results-driven coach with a passion for helping busy individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance. She believes effective training should integrate seamlessly into life, evolving alongside changing schedules, responsibilities, and seasons.

A former collegiate soccer player at Samford University, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on the psychological aspects of human movement and performance. This foundation shapes her coaching approach, allowing her to address both the physical and mental components of training. Helping clients overcome barriers, improve consistency, and train with intention. She is currently pursuing her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification to further support efficient, resilient movement.

Taylor has worked with clients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds, with particular focus on busy professionals, prenatal/postpartum, and perimenopausal and menopausal women. She understands that each phase of life presents unique physiological and lifestyle demands, and she tailors training accordingly.

Her coaching philosophy emphasizes education, longevity, and compassion. By combining evidence-based training, thoughtful progression, and sustainable nutrition strategies, Taylor helps clients develop the tools they need to feel strong, capable, and confident, not just for a program, but for life.
