Daniel Fuhr is a strength and conditioning coach and biomedical engineer committed to enhancing human performance through data-driven, personalized coaching strategies. With a background in molecular biology and engineering, Daniel's scientific curiosity and analytical mindset allow him to uniquely tailor training programs and optimize athlete outcomes.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, where he excelled as a collegiate Track and Field athlete as a 400 meter hurdler, placing 2nd in the RMAC Conference Championships and earning 1st-Team All-Region honors. His competitive experience has given him a practical understanding of the athlete’s perspective, deeply influencing his approach to sports science.
His experience as a published molecular biology researcher has cultivated an inquisitive mind that emphasizes individualized, data-driven solutions. Having completed a Master's degree in Biotechnology Management from Mount Marty University, Daniel seeks to continuously integrate cutting-edge technology to develop innovative approaches to coaching and performance optimization.
Daniel has a deep love for the Colorado mountains, spending his free time road cycling, trail running, and climbing mountains. He has completed the Grand Traverse ultramarathon as well as the Triple Bypass race, and has many more ultra-endurance events on the horizon. His passion for endurance sports and the outdoors fuels his dedication to helping others achieve their best, both athletically and personally.
