Larke is a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. With a strong academic foundation in human metabolism, clinical nutrition, and behavioral change, she is deeply committed to helping individuals optimize their health through science-based and personalized strategies. Larke is currently preparing to pursue a master’s degree in dietetics, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian and working at the intersection of performance nutrition and preventive health.
Her coaching philosophy emphasizes sustainable lifestyle change, whole-food nutrition, and a balanced approach to fueling the body for both longevity and performance. Larke takes pride in translating complex nutritional science into actionable, client-centered guidance that supports long-term results.
Beyond her professional work, Larke is a passionate endurance athlete and home chef. She completed her first ultramarathon, a 50-kilometer trail race in Moab, in November 2024, and is currently training for the rim-to-rim-to-rim route across the Grand Canyon. Her firsthand experience with the demands of endurance training informs her practical approach to sports nutrition, recovery, and performance fueling.
