An 8-week youth speed camp to enhance physical capacities prior to the athletes respective sports season.
Program Overview
This 8-week camp is built for youth athletes who want to become faster, stronger, and more explosive in their sport. Athletes will develop proper sprint mechanics, improve acceleration and top-end speed, and build a foundation of strength and power that carries over to any field or court.

Youth athletes (ages 8-18 | 2 groups) in all sports looking to gain a competitive edge through science-backed speed and strength training.
Led by Performance Coaches
This camp is led by certified strength & conditioning coaches with extensive experience developing youth athletes.
Session Dates and Times
Choose from a morning or late afternoon session each Monday and Wednesday.
Ages 8-11 - session times are 9am and 4pm on Monday and Wednesday
Ages 12-18 - session times are 10am and 5 pm on Monday and Wednesday
